Kevin Calhoun discovered at a very young age that a blank piece of paper and a pencil could provide endless hours of creativity. Eventually this lead to a lifelong passion for cartoons and a career. Of course being brought up on Warner Brothers cartoons didn't hurt. In between cartooning Kevin discovered classic films including a healthy dose of Universal Studios monsters, comedy teams, Little Rascals, you name it. All these things left a big impression on Mr. Calhoun. It was like a private school to learn the composition of a gag, how films scores affet your heart and soul, a desire to learn the artistry of film and theatrical make up. Everything has stayed with him. As a young adult Kevin has practiced make up, acted in commercials, performed in stand up comedy, and writes and illustrates a one panel comic entitled Kitchen City.

Kevin Calhoun's career has reached a crescendo by joining Soul Seeds as creative director bringing life long passion of entertaining and art to this wonderful company.

Since the start of my career, I've been passionate about driving business growth. Having been part of transformative technological shifts—from the rise of wireless phones and the internet to the emergence of AI and robotics—I have witnessed firsthand the opportunities these shifts can create. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I'm dedicated to process optimization and data-driven strategies. My guiding principle, "Be Brilliant at the Basics," applies to everything from cooking a simple meal to maintaining daily routines. Taking time to connect with a friend, enjoy a healthy meal, walk in nature, or reflect with gratitude keeps us grounded. Remarkably, nurturing the mind-body-soul connection can take feeling grounded to a whole other level and requires no external investment—just our own commitment.

In this new chapter, I'm embracing my purpose. With decades of experience as an entrepreneur and corporate professional in finance, technology, and data analytics, specializing in marketing, procurement, and M&A integration, I'm honored to answer this calling and plant lasting "Soul Seeds" alongside many of you.
