Body Module
Kids will explore how their body is like an incredible machine, and they hold the power to make it stronger, faster, and sharper! This series of lessons teaches children how to build healthy habits and simple wellness routines. They’ll learn fun ways to move energy to their hearts and brains, calming their busy thoughts to feel less worry and stress. Through engaging activities, kids will discover how to care for and protect their bodies, make smart choices, and find joy in movement.
Lessons include:
How can we protect and honor our bodies? Our body is like a spaceship—it has parts like your heart (engine), muscles (power boosters), and brain (control center) that work together to make you awesome!
How does our body work? Learn basic functions and fun facts of what our bodies do for us each day without us even knowing it.
Outdoor play and activities - Experience more sensory engagement through explorations! Did you know a wide range of sensory inputs can enhance how we process information?
The Art of Movement - Learn how our bodies like to stretch and move plus easy breathing exercises that can promote reflection, gratitude and a sense of calm.
Experience Joy of Giving Back -Practice doing for others, even small gestures count.
